• Domestic Orders: Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM (Thailand time) will be shipped on the next bussiness day.  
• International Orders: Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is verified.
• In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping schedule.

• International Shipping: EMS World

DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Domestic Shipping (via J&T Express): Delivery will be completed by the next business day.
• International Shipping (via EMS World): Delivery takes 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.

Delays may occur due to customs processes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If your order is returned due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, redelivery fees will apply.
